They take initiative and get things done. The most amazing thing is that the result is stunning. Love how quickly they put the listing together, organized staging (totally worth it, the design is beautiful). This is the fourth time since the unit is listed I have heard about the staging being beautiful! Literally every person I knew made that comment and some of them normally picky and critical. Milan and Dunja are Compass agents and Compass has had a great year being the broker of SF. Milan was a true professional to work with while being very personable. He worked with us for about 9 months as we reviewed many condo options - he was always available for us and provided much needed insight for us to make decisions. First he worked with us finding just the right place and helped negotiate the right price based on the market. Then he turned around and sold our existing unit, fielding and negotiating multiple offers in the first week getting above full ask price. He handled all the details right down to making sure our existing unit was in perfect shape for the new buyer. He managed a complex buy/sell transaction with perfect timing. I would highly recommend him - he was fantastic.

I am very grateful to Dunja and Milan for making my big dream of becoming a homeowner come true. I have been passively exploring my options of home ownership in SF for a couple of month. Dunja is highly professional, responsive and result and customer oriented. Dunja gave me a recommendation with the loan officer she previously worked with. I did not even think of this bank before. I got a much better mortgage conditions, and the whole approval process took a couple of days compared to a couple of weeks in another bank. Dunja gave me numerous other referrals, recommendations and advice about the buying process, moving, maintenance etc. The whole process went very smoothly and took less that two weeks from when I first talked to Dunja to when we got our offer accepted, and a little over a month to closing. Huge thanks, Dunja and Milan. I did not get to meet Milan in person, and I know there was a lot of work on his end. I'd be happy to work with you again in the future.
